Yes. Improving the quality of your manuals can be a large undertaking, depending on the quality of the manuals in question. We’ll start by evaluating your existing manual to determine if there are any issues with language, structure, design, and other elements. If we determine that the language used in the manual has translation issues, we may need to go through the entire workflow of manual translation to ensure that the translation uses the correct terminology. If you find issues with the structure of the manual, such as its content or design, we can still make new improvements to ensure that the manual is user-friendly and intuitive.

We can build a termbase based on your existing glossary. We do this by analysing the content of your glossary and correcting and supplementing any inaccuracies. Once the termbase is built, we use it in our CAT tool to translate your manuals for your translation project. This not only reduces queries but also makes it easier and faster to complete high-quality, consistent manuals.

Whether you incur costs depends on the nature or volume of the manual that needs to be revised. Small edits due to partial updates are free by default, up to five edits. However, if you need to change the overall structure of the document, even if it’s a minor edit, or if the content itself has been added and needs to be translated anew, you will be charged accordingly.
